Believe Me

MN2S are extremely proud to present the third single from funky house duo and 2006 MN2S residents The Jinks. Following a standout 2005 which saw the duo – Dan Savidge and Chris Gau – release their hugely successful debut single, ‘Love Like This’, on MN2S and follow it up with the ultra-funky ‘Inamorata’ featuring Zodiac, the London-based outfit now come forth with yet another sure-fire dancefloor bullet in the form of ‘Believe Me’.

Put simply, ‘Believe Me’ is a funky, soulful house track of the highest standard and will only reinforce The Jinks’ reputation as one of the UK’s most innovative and exciting production duos.

Extensive live instrumentation has been a constant in The Jinks’ productions and this third single is no different as the boys enlist the talents of Tom ‘The Missing Link’ Ashe on synths, rhodes and piano, Remo Penstripe on bass and Eddy ‘Nothing For’ Freeman on tambourine. Coupled with Stormin’ Norman Anderson’s vocals and mix engineering by Toni Economides, ‘Believe Me’ is sure to make waves following its release on MN2S in April.

On remix duties is Switzerland’s most prominent and successful DJ-producer and front man for the hugely successful Purple Music imprint, Jamie Lewis. Long famed for his disco-influenced productions and remixes and having worked extensively with the French ‘Le Roi Du Disco’ Cerrone, Jamie’s Disco Mix and Disco Dub are infectious and will have dancefloors rammed around the world!
