Milk ‘n’ 2 Sugars maintain the upfront pressure early in 2007, returning with yet another soulful House masterpiece that is sure to be hammered in the Miami sunshine and beyond!

Liquid People’s Danism Project deliver the second of a three single deal they signed with MN2S in late 2006 in the form of ‘One Life’ , a sensual, heartfelt, vocal House track of the highest order which is certain to blow up following its release on 23 April!

Featuring the outstanding vocal talents of songbird Lisa Millett , ‘One Life’ is the latest original production from Danism and signals a return to their more soulful side following the worldwide success that was the ‘Afterdark EP’ , released in December 2006 on MN2S.

The Original Mix of ‘ One Life’ features pounding bass, warm, lush keys and those unmistakable Danism beats, while the Electronic Soul Mix is a more soulful take on the Original that makes full use of Lisa Millett’s beautiful voice. On Dub duties is Conan Liquid who, after hearing the Original, just had to get into the studio. ‘This cut is slammin”, he said. ‘I just had to do a tough Dub Mix!’

As Dan Liquid , explains, ‘One Life’ reflects Danism’s versatility in the studio: ‘This has jazz, disco and soul influences,’ he said. ‘It’s an upfront House track, but we try to include a number of different musical styles; it’s definitely one for the Heads out there!’
This latest single from Liquid People’s Danism Project has cemented the collective’s place at the top of the global House heap. Dan Liquid , Conan Liquid and Dan Nu:Tone have been busy boys in the last six months, releasing a stream of acclaimed original productions and remixes on labels including Slip ‘n’ Slide, Soul Heaven and Sole Music . Their recent remix of Blaze ‘s ‘Breathe’ is picking up support from the industry’s leading names, while the coming months will see another two massive singles drop on Defected featuring remixes by David Harness and Sergio Flores . For now though, with ‘ One Life’ about to drop on MN2S , Danism are set to lay claim to yet another massive Miami tune!

Similarly, ‘One Life’ is the latest success for Lisa Millett. The gifted vocalist has dozens of critically-acclaimed productions under her belt on labels including Defected, Soulfuric and Subliminal and has worked with some of the most celebrated names in music including Lab Rats , Copyright, Grupo X and Primal Scream . With Onephatdeeva’s ATFC , Lisa has enjoyed substantial chart success in the form of 2000′s UK Top 20 hit ‘Bad Habit’ and the follow up, 2001′s ‘Sleep Talk’. As Dan Liquid explains, working with Lisa was a great experience. ‘We’ve never worked with someone so passionate about their vocals,’ he said. ‘Lisa is a natural talent and it was a real pleasure working with her on this project.’

Currently on a roll heading up the MN2S 10th Anniversary celebrations and first ever mix CD, NYC’s Jon Cutler delivers a killer vocal nugget showcasing the larger-than-life vocal star Michael Watford. First aired last month at Miami’s WMC, this raw soulful bullet is already hot in the boxes of DJ tastemakers such as Tony Humphries, Louie Vega, Brian Tappert and Joey Negro and is growing with every play. Holding the quality of the Original mix, two substantial new remixes have been included from Kings of Soul, AKA Booker T, and hot new producer Reel Soul. New York legend and the man behind the seminal ‘It’s Yours’ and recent MN2S classic ‘Runnin’, Jon Cutler is a man on a mission. From DJ-ing to production, his quality and feeling make some of the finest House music around right now. With a hectic international DJ schedule and remix career, Jon is also trying to find time to finish his debut artist album, due for release sometime next year. Michael Watford is one of New Jersey’s finest singers with classics such as ‘Love 4 2′ and ‘Holding On’. Originally signed to East West Records for his self-titled debut LP, Michael is one of the longest standing and most respected singers in house music. The Kings of Soul remix bumps the original up adding a real UK house flavour to it, accentuating the bass, adding some sweet guitar licks and some magical flute. Reel Soul go for a Spen inspired deeper, dubbier take on the original… definitely something for the heads out there.
