London-based 1Trax continue the weekly assault and present a new release from Jamie Funk.

Jamie Funk aka Jamie Fairley has been known for his soulful productions, which he has produced over the last few years. Heavily involved within the London dance scene his passion for the deeper / techier sonds of house music has grown over the last two years. As part of London’s up and coming new house collective Serenade Recordings, Jamie has an open mind to all forms of dance music and strives for a versatile approach to his productions.

Jamie’s Elsenham EP is a twisted underground house long player which uses simple beats and percussions to slowly build to its peak. “Maximize the Volume” & “Belly of The Beast” are exemplarily underground cuts set to firmly establish Jamie Funk as one to watch in 2009.
