Alex Patridge

Though he was born in San Francisco, Alex Partridge is an Olympic medal winning rower for Great Britain who speaks with authority and insight about his sport, is available for a range of public appearances and many other brand endorsement roles.

Alex attended Oxford Brookes University and studied Technology Management – it was the same university attended by Steve Williams with whom Alex would go on to win two world titles. He made his first breakthrough back in 2001: having won a silver medal in at the World U23 Championships with Christopher Martin, Henry Adams and Dan Ouseley, the foursome were selected for the coxed four at the Senior World Championship in Lucerne and made it all the way to the final. With an impressive display in the 500 meter final, the crew rowed all the way through the field to third place where they remained, thus picking up a hard earned bronze medal right on the line.

Other wins came at various World Championships in Milan, Bled, Eton, Poznan and many other meets, variously as part of a coxless four or team of eight.
