Young Jack Green is remarked as one of the brightest stars of athletics in the future. The young hurdler is an inspirational figure to athletes young and old and as such is available for TV and radio appearances, after diner speeches and much more. Only 20 years of age and with but 12 months experience under his belt, Jack has already been fast tracked by highly esteemed coach Malcolm Arnold who expect Jack to become a World and Olympic champion in the future.
Four years ago Jack won the England Athletics U17 Championships and the Schools International at the same time as laying down a new record for his age. Though this was an impressive start, Jack captained the GB 4×400 meter relay team at the World Junior Championships in 2010 and together they managed to win a bronze medal. In the ensuing year, after leaving home to go and train with Arnold, Jack has continued to lower his personal best time and is now the fast ever 19 year old 400 meter hurdler.
Supreme runs have followed in the European U23 championships in Ostrava where he won Gold, as well as at the Aviva Grand Prix in Birmingham.
