After being discovered in 2005 through a DJ and producer competition Dim Chris has received support from some of the world’s biggest DJs, including David Guetta, Avicii and Afrojack. He has released tracks both within his home country of France and Internationally with releases on labels such as Pool E Music, Cyper Prod, Blowmedia and Stoneyboy Music.
It was after the success of ‘French Kiss’ that Dim Chris really got going. He followed it up with ‘Sucker’ which charted on FG DJ Radio and led to them taking him on as a resident DJ for the station. ‘Sucker’ charted in the Top 15 for 15 weeks, peaking at #5.
He then collaborated with Sebastien Drums for ‘Sometimes I Feel’ which got remixed by super hot producer Avicii and if that wasn’t enough, his track ‘Love Can’t Get You Wrong’ got the Afrojack treatment for another remix! This gave him the opportunity to work with vocalist Amanda Wilson and the single ‘Sometimes’ was created. The track was an instant hit, being signed in 15 countries before the official release date! The collaboration worked so well that they teamed up again for the successful summer hit – ‘You Found Me’
Dim Chris has been requested to do remixes for the likes of Joachim Garraud, Ron Carroll and Robbie Rivera. He was chosen as one of only 5 remixers for the worldwide Dennis Ferrer hit ‘Hey Hey’- his version being instantly playlisted by David Guetta, Chris Lake and Roger Sanchez. He has played around the world, is the resident DJ for Fun Radio and Clubbing TV proving Dim Chris is definitely a name to watch for 2012.
