Dirty Vegas are far more than your average dance music act. Not only are they house producers of high esteem with hits like 2001’s ‘Days Go By’ in their arsenal, but they've also scored movies and played with full 30 piece orchestras as well as tearing up clubs and festivals around the world and doing more intimate, unplugged sessions at smaller, more boutique gatherings.
It all started more than a decade ago, with the aforementioned house anthem ‘Days Go By’ becoming an immediate worldwide hit, helped along by a magical video that catapulted the duo to Grammy success in 2003 for Best Dance Recording. An album soon followed and the band headed out on a worldwide tour, supporting similar heavyweights like Underworld, Groove Armada and Moby. Over a million album sales later, the band were as famed for their powerful and energetic live show as they were their own studio productions. A second album followed and was used in major film and TV shows such as ‘The O.C’, and ’One Tree Hill’ and films such as ’Running Scared’ and ‘Goal’ before the group took a few year hiatus. Now back and as eager and inspired as ever, the band have impressed on the live circuit at places like Creamfields and Glastonbury whilst a third studio album had much support from DJs and radio hosts around the world, with singles hitting Top Ten Charts in places like South Africa.
