We are pleased to welcome soulful vocalist and underground dance music collaborator Janai to the roster.
For the last few years Janai has been making an impact by lending her silky vocal style to a number of highly respected producers. Her first major release was a collaboration with deep house duo Dusky for the tracks “Lost In You” and “Not Enough”, both for their debut album recorded three years ago. Since then Janai has been moving from artist to artist lending her talents to the likes of Mat Zo, Gorgon City and most recently Hannah Wants & Chris Lorenzo.
These days there are plenty of soulful vocalists working within house music, so it’s rare to have a voice that resonates so clearly above the rest. Janai is rapidly gaining momentum as a result, with an appearance on Jools Holland on the horizon and further collaborations to come.
