New signing: Ron Trent

We are pleased to welcome electronic music legend Ron Trent to the MN2S booking agency roster this week.

First breaking through in 1990 with the classic ‘Altered States’, Trent has led a long and diverse career through house, techno, R&B, pop and beyond. His Prescription Records imprint with Chez Damier released dozens of highly influential house and techno records, he has released several artist albums, and has produced for the likes of Erykah Badu and Jill Scott.

Since 2005, he has been releasing a steady stream of his and others’ productions via his Future Vision Records imprint, and last December saw him release ‘S.A.T.’ – a collaborative album with Jerome Sydenham and Aybee on Ibadan Records.

His upcoming gigs include London’s Found Festival, Glasgow’s Electric Frog + Pressure Riverside Festival and Montenegro’s Southern Soul Festival.
