We are pleased to welcome acclaimed electronic pop artist Little Boots to the MN2S booking agency DJ roster this week.
She is one of the UK’s most acclaimed left-of-centre popstars. A singer, songwriter, label owner and DJ, she has always worked with the cream of dance music producers. Joe Goddard produced her debut ‘Stuck On Repeat’, Tim Goldsworthy produced her ‘Nocturnes’ album, while Maya Jane Coles and Simian Mobile Disco’s Jas Shaw produced her ‘Superstitious Heart’ EP for 2020 Vision.
Her DJ sets have taken her across the world, and she also played for Mixmag’s Lab LA live stream. She played at the Sundance Film Festival this year, for Dim Mak at SXSW, and in Canada and Denmark. Other previous gigs include We Love… Space, Soundcloud Stage, Decibel Festival, Sziget and Bristol Pride.
She returned this year with possibly her strongest album to date: the vibrant ‘Working Girl‘. Following on from Gold-selling debut ‘Hands’ and ‘Nocturnes’, the album was released on her own new label On Repeat in collaboration with Steve Aoki’s world-famous Dim Mak imprint.
Featuring collaborations with super-producer Ariel Rechtshaid (Haim, Charli XCX), UK house talent Grades, Jas Shaw, Com Truise, and Jeppe Laursen (of Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ fame), the album received 4-star reviews from The Telegraph, The Times, The Daily Mail, Q Magazine, Las Vegas Weekly, The Evening Standard and Closer.
