Whether you’re a wrestling fan or not, you will no doubt have heard of Hulk Hogan or Hulkmania. He’s a legend in his sport and a household name throughout the world. He’s been in the business for over 35 years, as well as venturing into acting, reality TV, music and entrepreneurialism, and it seems there’s nothing Hulk Hogan can’t turn his hand to.
The legend returns
As a wrestling legend, it was only fitting he made an appearance at this year’s MegaCon 2015, which was held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Although, this performance was set to be slightly more relaxed than one of his previous tussles in the ring.
As a huge event in the sporting calendar, MegaCon 2015 was set to be bustling with celebrity wrestlers, most notably Hulk Hogan. The legend was taking part in meet and greets with photos throughout the Saturday and Sunday, but the main event was a Special Feature – Hulk Hogan: Uncut Q&A. This was hosted by ‘The Mouth of the South’ Jimmy Hart and gave Hulk Hogan fans a great opportunity to ask the questions they’ve always wanted answers for. Hulk’s typical honest and open approach definitely didn’t disappoint them.
Having been in the business for such a long time with a huge fan base, the Q&A was inevitably a success. His fans were able to meet the wrestling superstar, and gain a real insight into his life and what inspired him to take the path he did.
What’s next for Hulk Hogan?
Despite being in his sixties, he’s still not afraid of getting in the ring, and has intentions of arranging more fights between his other commitments. For someone so committed to his trade, it’s not surprising that he’s still hard at work and entertaining fans both old and new today.
Hulk certainly thrives on appearing in public. He laps up attention and no doubt will continue for a long time to come. Years after he’s finished wrestling, Hulk will be entertaining fans both old and young as one of the most in demand celebrity speakers across the world.
