A.J. Howard, a former defensive back for the New England Patriots, boasts an impressive NFL career highlighted by a Super Bowl victory in 2019. Born and raised in Hamilton, Georgia, Howard’s athletic prowess was evident early on as he excelled in football, basketball, and track during his high school years. Opting to focus on football, he earned accolades such as Georgia’s all-region and all-Bi-City first team honors.

Howard continued to shine at the collegiate level, attending Appalachian State University where he made a significant impact on the football field. Despite entering the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2018, Howard quickly made a name for himself, showcasing his talent with stints at various teams including the New York Giants, Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns, and Baltimore Ravens.

However, it was with the New England Patriots that Howard reached the pinnacle of his career. Joining the team’s practice squad in January 2019, he contributed to their Super Bowl LIII victory against the Los Angeles Rams.
