MN2S has teamed up the bake off finalist and former Love Islander with NUII to promote a bold new range of ice cream flavours just in time for summer.

NUII is an all-new ice cream brand that captures the flavour of adventure, bringing ingredients together that evoke a feeling of discovery. Boasting a range that features salted caramel and Australian macadamia; dark chocolate and Nordic berry; and coconut and Indian mango, these treats transport you to far-off corners of the globe with wild flavour combinations. Nuii is not only committed to exploring these destinations with their ice cream, but also protecting them: they’ve partnered with biodiversity project WILDARK to aid in their conservation efforts: “NUII is a proud supporter of the WILDARK 100 which is a scientifically proven list of 100 threatened species, and 50 global priority ecosystems, that will help prioritise global conservation efforts.”

GBBO’s Ruby Bhogal and Love Island’s Jamie Jewitt have both partnered with NUII to promote their new ice cream range. In an Instagram campaign that saw Jamie and his partner take to the local park with a box of NUII, and Ruby share a recipe for an indulgent cheesecake made with NUII’s salted caramel & Australian macadamia nut flavour ice cream, the two have racked up a total of over 50,000 likes in just over a week.
