The newly-released full Bestival lineup includes MN2S artists Fatman Scoop, Reggae Roast and Hackney Colliery Band.
The 2017 lineup for Bestival now includes three great artists from the MN2S live roster: Fatman Scoop, Reggae Roast and Hackney Colliery Band. Fellow MN2S artists Soul II Soul and DJ Yoda were already on the bill.
The festival will take place in Lulworth Estate, Dorset on 7th – 10th September 2017. Joining these artists from MN2S are headliners The xx in their third Bestival appearance; Pet Shop Boys, returning to Bestival after ten years; and A Tribe Called Quest in what is said to be their last UK show. The fourth headliner will be Jamie T.
Aside from the headliners, Bestival will also see Justice, Dizzee Rascal, Laura Mvula, Danny Brown, Annie Mac, Sam Gellaitry, Craig Charles’ Funk N Soul Club, and many more.
Fatman Scoop, Hackney Colliery Band and Reggae Roast all had stellar 2016s and their 2017s are off to a great start. Scoop went viral several times gaining coverage on BBC news, all while embarking on a huge world tour. Hackney Colliery Band released their critically acclaimed album Sharpener, which is available on red and blue vinyl now. Reggae Roast continued their hugely successful Sunday Skank nights and put out several great releases on their Reggae Roots Records label.
