One of Britain’s best loved gardeners was partnered by MN2S with Jeyes Fluid for the “Great British Spruce Up.”
Mark Lane, best known for presenting the popular gardening show Gardeners World, has teamed up with outdoor cleaning brand Jeyes Fluid to encourage the nation to participate in the “Great British Spruce Up”, get out into the garden and turn those fingers green. In celebration of National Gardening Week, the television presenter offered those new to gardening some essential advice and challenged them to spend 30 minutes a day tending to their garden.
“This will absolutely be a worrying time for many, but gardening has the ability to not only keep you physically fit, but it is also great for improving mental health and wellbeing too.”

Jeyes Fluid commissioned some fascinating research to coincide with this campaign, discovering that 2 in 5 Brits admit to not cleaning up or taking care of their gardens often enough. They also found that 68% of people feel relaxed when around nature, and half of those surveyed claimed that nature made them feel happy. Considering the current global situation, there’s no better time to get your gardening gloves on, get outside and get cracking.
“Mark Lane is the pro when it comes to anything gardening related and when he partnered with Jeyes Fluid and their campaign to encourage people to spruce up their gardens during lockdown it went down such a treat, this campaign did so well with a huge amount of people joining the challenge and some even creating window sill gardens! Amazing!”
