Paul Rankin is a celebrated chef and restaurateur hailing from Ballywalter, County Down, Northern Ireland. He was born on 1 October 1959 in Glasgow, United Kingdom. From a young age, Rankin was fascinated by food and flavor, and he used his talent to pave the way for an illustrious career.
