What's Your Email Address Supplied as Part of Your Label Application?(Required)

Please supply a postal address for all correspondence with you, including postcode/zip code.

Moving to us from another distributor? Please supply the agreed date for the transfer.

For labels with catalogue present on Beatport and/or Traxsource, please supply a contact email address for your previous distributor so that we can manage the transfer to MN2S Label Services

Please supply a signed agreement for three of your releases

Max. file size: 128 MB.

Please supply social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Soundcloud, Twitter/X) for each of the artists on the three supplied agreements.
