American actress and singer Genevieve Hannelius is known for her roles on Surviving Suburbia, Sonny with a Chance and Dog with a Blog.

Hannelius’s love of acting started when she was a child, and she would appear in local productions and school plays. These included Madeline and Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing, before she moved to Los Angeles with her family when she was nine. She started attending the Young Actor’s Studio, and from there landed her first role on Surviving Suburbia. She played a main role in the sitcom, going on to land roles in other shows such as Hannah Montana, Rita Rocks and Sonny with a Chance. This also led to parts in films, including The Search for Santa Paws, and animated adventures Treasure Buddies and Super Buddies. This young actress has made a name for herself as a versatile performer and has become a highly sought after star, spending her teen years filming for both television and film. In 2012 Hannelius was cast in Dog with a Blog, a comedy series which she starred in for three years, and is also an experienced voice actor having voiced characters in Sofia the First and Wander over Yonder.
