Job Outline:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Social Media Management department of a thriving International Music and Talent Agency.

The role requires an extremely proactive and driven person with a clear idea of how to build their own client list and deliver a fantastic Social Media Management service.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracts Administrator (Miami Office)

You will be providing contractual subject matter expertise and broader administrative support to our Agency Director, 5 busy agents and over 200 artists.

Contracts Administrator:

  • Creating contracts for bookings and amending where necessary
  • Liaising with Assistants, Promoters and Managers on contractual issues
  • Liaising with Artists Accountants, Tax Accountants and Promoters on taxation issues
  • Interpreting and navigating Standard Terms and Conditions
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and in-house lawyers
  • Maintain efficient lifecycle documentation without delay
  • Research and investigate solutions to meet client contractual requirements
  • Monitor and update management on the progress of each contract on a regular basis
