Fully Remote Freelance Logistics Role

Pay:  hourly pay (to be discussed based on level of experience)Start date: 12th March, 2024 (flexible)

Job Outline:

You will be dealing with all artist logistics as the main support to our busy agents and their talent/artists. You will also be the first point of contact between talent/artists, managers and clients from the point a booking is confirmed to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a brand ambassador for MN2S – (values to be discussed at the interview)
  • Demonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities
  • Handle every administrative element of an artist/talent’s performance or engagement including but not limited to:
    • Travel/logistics
    • Invoices
    • Itineraries
    • Visas / work permits
    • Accommodation
    • Rider updates
    • Diary Management
    • Ticket sales data
    • Artwork approvals and announcements
  • MN2S may vary the duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the business.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • Successful previous experience as an assistant at a Talent or Marketing agency
  • High levels of motivation and energy
  • Strong ability to remain focused with a hardworking, professional and flexible attitude while multi-tasking at an extremely fast pace
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the business
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Talent Agent (UK) (Remote Role)

Job Outline:

Working under the supervision of the Sales & Marketing Manager to successfully represent talent, satisfy clients, and maximize revenue from commercial activity. This role will be based within the UK and will be fully remote. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent talent and act in their best interests
  • Work on behalf of clients to secure talent suited to their needs
  • Procure opportunities, negotiate terms and confirm commercial engagements in a range of different areas (personal appearances, social media activity, brand ambassador roles and more) to the satisfaction of both clients and talent
  • Achieve or exceed set monthly revenue targets
  • Bring new names to the company’s talent roster under a wide range of categories and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers
  • Assist others working on talent to ensure they achieve or exceed their set monthly revenue targets
  • Build up a talent’s fees and meet pre-agreed objectives
  • Proactively develop talent and build up a valuable and diverse personal roster
  • Troubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after the engagement/activity
  • Constantly source valuable new clients, build strong relationships and – adhering to all data regulations – add client information to the company’s CRM system
  • Record and track all leads in the company’s CRM system
  • Work with other members of the team to achieve common goals
  • Liaise with the Digital Marketing department to promote talent availability and latest news
  • Regularly meet new and existing clients
  • Attend events to network, grow client base and strengthen relationships
