Sarah Lahbati is a well-known Filipino actress who first gained widespread media attention as a finalist on the 5th season of the reality talent show “StarStruck,” broadcast on GMA Network. She emerged as StarStruck V’s Ultimate Female Survivor after nine weeks of intense competition, sharing the spotlight with Steven Silva. Both winners received a cash prize of P1.5 million each and an exclusive contract with GMA Network, with a minimum guarantee of P3.5 million.
Lahbati made her screen debut as Bong Revilla’s daughter in “Hokus Pokus.” Her victory on “StarStruck” paved the way for her to topbill several GMA Network drama series, including “Kokak” (2011) and “Makapiling Kang Muli” (2012), where she starred alongside her real-life partner Richard Gutierrez. Her versatility as an actress was further showcased in other GMA shows such as “Love Bug Presents: Exchange of Hearts” (2011), “Little Star,” “Koreana,” and “Time of My Life.” Additionally, she performed as a regular artist on GMA Network’s variety shows “Party Pilipinas” and “Sunday All Stars.”
In 2015, Lahbati made a significant career move by transferring to ABS-CBN after her contract with GMA Artist Center expired.
