Mary Mac is the drag name for the Scottish superstar who has broken into the scene effortlessly and with a whole load of tartan style. Mac is known for her Lockdown Live from Lanzarote videos where she entertains as many people as possible with laughs and songs. Mac is particularly successful at her cabaret act; the Glaswegian star has performed in Scotland everywhere from G-A-Y Porn Idol to The Royal Vauxhall Tavern, which has seen an incredible number of acts over the years. Mac has transformed as an act over the years, starting off in Pantomime in London and progressing to do free-form shows which showcase her humour and witty personality.

Currently, Mac lives in Lanzarote, where she is beginning to work up the drag scene in the area as there is a lack of knowledge about the endless possibilities there are to be had with drag, and is working with her partner to create a business venture. given the chance to write the panto I’m going to be in at Christmas, which is just brilliant. Mac is also working on a pantomime show which she herself wrote, and is creating a Mary Mac medley for the christmas season. Her aim in life is to help those struggling forget about this crazy world for a few moments, and it is clear that she succeeds in brightening up the world around her.
