Manchester based drag queen Cheddar Gorgeous is known for her wild looks, outrageous personality and for being a presenter on Channel 4’s Drag SOS.

Cheddar Gorgeous has been a drag queen for over 10 years, building up a huge and loyal following of fans who love her live shows and her online presence. She now has over 100k followers on her Instagram page, and regularly makes appearances up and down the country alongside Britain’s greatest drag artists. In 2019 she became a household name thanks to her series Drag SOS, which saw Cheddar and The Family Gorgeous, a drag collective from Manchester, travel around the country to give people drag makeovers. The show was a huge success, with viewers getting a real insight into the world of drag as well as seeing the dramatic makeovers the team complete. Many viewers commented on the transformation in confidence and attitude the participants underwent, as well as the changes in their physical appearance. Cheddar is also the founder of the iconic drag night Cha Cha Boudoir, as well as having a Ph.D in anthropology and has carried out research into fluid identities, sex work and gay villages.
