MN2S works closely with you to ensure the process runs smoothly. Our team handles the logistical details, coordinating with the talent to align on schedules, travel, accommodation, and performance requirements. We act as the point of contact between all parties, ensuring everything is in place for a successful event or campaign. We also provide ongoing support in the lead-up to and during the engagement, addressing any last-minute adjustments or requirements.

WeÕre fully involved at all stages, making sure the booking delivers on expectations.

We maintain prompt, one-to-one communication with you from when you first reach out to us to the day of the event.

If required, we’re able to handle all the logistical aspects of your event, including marketing concepts and approvals, international and domestic travel, visa arrangements, etc.

We do sometimes organize travel and accommodation arrangements for the talent, but it can depend on the contract, which will have been discussed and agreed on by you, MN2S, the talent, and their management.

If you would like us to handle this aspect of the booking, then please let us know as early in the process as possible.

When unforeseen circumstances mean events have to be rescheduled, venues have to be changed, MN2S liaises with all parties to reach an outcome that all are comfortable with. If the talent has to cancel for any reason, other than force majeure, MN2S will endeavor to schedule the event. If a reschedule isnÕt possible, any fees paid to MN2S will be refunded.

We’re happy to assist with most aspects of your event, but we don’t offer in-person presence at the event itself.

We understand that however carefully an event is planned, unwanted last-minute issues can sometimes occur.

Our team is based all over the world, so no matter where your event is, someone from MN2S will be contactable in the event of a logistical emergency to help you as much as they possibly can.

As a world-leading talent agency and experienced facilitator, we ensure open communication between all parties in the lead-up to your engagement.

We make sure all the necessary logistical arrangements are in place in good time. This includes ensuring the talent and their team receive a full itinerary that clearly details all of the event’s logistics and any details of the talent’s contractual obligations to you.
