Beabadoobee, known professionally as a compelling singer-songwriter in the indie rock scene, first gained international recognition when her 2017 single ‘Coffee’ was sampled in Powfu’s 2019 track ‘Death Bed (Coffee for Your Head).’ The collaboration became a viral sensation on TikTok, marking her first official chart entry and propelling her into the global spotlight. This breakthrough followed her signing with Dirty Hit Records in April 2018, just months after the initial release of ‘Coffee’ in September 2017. She quickly established her prolific output with the release of two extended plays in 2018, Lice and Patched Up, earning her a spot in NME’s ‘NME 100’ list of essential new artists in 2019. Building on this momentum, Beabadoobee continued to release acclaimed EPs, including Loveworm and Space Cadet in 2019.

Continuing her trajectory of critical and commercial success, Beabadoobee released her third studio album, This Is How Tomorrow Moves, on August 9, 2024. The album debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart, marking a significant career milestone and her first chart-topping album.
