There is no doubting that Lisa Maffia is the Queen of UK garage. The multi-talented singer-songwriter, fashion designer, model, presenter and musician has had a long career that has seen much success. It all started for Lisa when she was part of the So Solid Crew, where she was the main female member and was an always standout presence. Whilst a part of that influential group, Lisa secured five Top 20 hits and the most famous of those, the much loved single ’21 Seconds to Go’ when platinum thanks to its vast amount of sales. The debut album from the group also went platinum, called They Don’t Know, and then after leaving the group Lisa saw much success as a solo act. Amongst these were two Top 10 singles and an award winning album that feature the massive single ‘All Over.’ As well as music, Lisa has her own fashion brand, House of Maffia, which she runs with fellow So Solid members. She is often on your of the UK performing sell out shows to adoring fans in their thousands. Big recent shows include headline sets at Garage Nation Dubai, Boom Town Festival, Garage Nation Festival and gigs all over Ibiza at places like Ibiza Rocks, Amnesia in Ibiza, the Red bull culture clash at London’s O2 Arena and many more. Lisa is also working on a wealth of documentary film projects that are due for release in 2017 so remains at the very forefront of the music industry as well as being on top of her game.
