Brady Farrar is an American professional dancer and television personality. He shot to fame on the eighth season of Lifetime’s reality television show Dance Moms. The show follows several families as they navigate their dance careers as a pairing. Brady Farrar appeared on the show with his mother Tricia Farrar, in their training programme at Stars Dance Studio in Miami, Florida. Their onscreen dynamic proved a hit with viewers, and in particular Brady’s unusual talent.
At only fifteen years old, Brady has been gifted with great skill at dancing combined with an intense work ethic and personal drive. He moved around with his family as a child, but eventually settled in Florida. He has been dancing since the age of five, training in lyrical, tap and ballroom dancing, as well as many others.
For such a young talent, he has amassed an impressive amount of titles. His greatest success was the win of a gold medal in the 2016 Youth America Grand Prix. He has been endowed with other accolades such as the Young Male Dancer of the Year at the American Dance Awards in 2014 and the Mini Male Best Dancer of the Year at The Dance Awards in 2014. He went on to win the Hope Award in 2017 and the junior male bronze award in 2018 at the Youth America Grand Prix.
