Carolyn Rivera

Carolyn Rivera is a talented speaker, author, radio host, leadership coach, trainer and reality television star who is best known for her appearance on the fantastic reality competition Survivor, featuring on their Worlds Apart season- not only did Rivera come close second place on the show, but she also remains one of the oldest contestants to take part at the age of fifty two at time of filming. Determined to feature on the show, she auditioned for four years until she was selected and became known to fans as Mama C.

When not featuring on our telelvision screens, Rivera is a dedicated and respected member of the corporate world- over the last three decades, she has coached countless leaders and delivered a multitude of training workshops and speeches for thousands of workers across the globe, and has led the second largest university in the US, building relationship skills and enhancing leadership skills.Rivera has also been responsible for the second largest corporate university in the US- the university has over six million hours of training, and a gigantic fifty four million dollars to support their army of over one hundred and twenty thousand associates across the globe. In 2018, she expanded her audience by launching her own radio show, and has also released a book on her personal experiences, titled Plant Your Flag, The Seven Secrets To Winning.
