David Haugh

David Haugh is a highly respected sports broadcaster and writer, recognized for his extensive career covering Chicago sports, particularly the Chicago Bears. After earning his degree in Journalism from Ball State University and a master’s degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, David Haugh launched his distinguished career in 1993 at the South Bend Tribune. There, he primarily covered Notre Dame football for a decade, establishing his expertise in collegiate sports reporting. In recognition of his impactful work, Haugh was named the 1999 Indiana Sportswriter of the Year by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.
