Golden Globe winning actor, Dylan McDermott, has been in some of the most exciting projects of the last thirty years. He is best known for his appearances in the hit show, American Horror Story, but he has also appeared in some huge films, including The Perks of Being a Wallflower and Olympus Has Fallen.

McDermott began his acting career in 1987, but it was his performance in 1989’s Steel Magnolias that really put him on the map. Starring alongside the likes of Dolly Parton and Shirley MacLaine, McDermott made an impression and began to land bigger roles. Over the next few years, he also landed roles in classics such as Miracle on 34th Street and then a recurring role in the medical drama, The Practise.

McDermott has found much of his success on TV screens. As well as having a starring role in American Horror Story for the first four seasons, he has also appeared in the Netflix Original, The Politician, and also had a recurring role in Law and Order: Organized Crime. With so much variance in his roles, McDermott is certainly a well-known face in households across the globe.
