Dr Hazel Wallace is an influential media personality in the worlds of food and fitness. As well as studying full time for a medicine degree, she also blogs regularly about her favourite subjects and is a go to personality for information and insight on the matter. Hazel is the lady behind The Food Medic, her first book published in 2017. Rather than just being another diet book, the book us about confidence, health, feeling amazing and having great meals to eat to help you get there. With a first class degree in Medical Sciences in 2012, Hazel now works as a Junior Doctor in London and likes to ride the gap between the mainstream media and more accessible nutrition information. She does this on her popular blog and via her busy social media channels and all this has happened since just 2013. What started as a platform to show people about the benefits of eating clean and how to make it work as a busy person, she is now an influential voice on the subject. The last few years since she emerged have seen Hazel hold her own supper clubs, social events and workshops where she shares her passions for food and healthy, happy eating. She has featured in the Daily Mail, Hello!, Stellar Magazine and The Evening Standard and has worked with brands like GoPro, Santander, Ryvita and Sweaty Betty amongst many others. Hazel has also modelled for the likes of Nike, That Girl and Active in Style and is a truly engaging woman with great knowledge and plenty of charisma when sharing it with a wide range of audiences.
