Iestyn Rees was born on March 31, 1983, in Gloucester, England. He began his in-ring wrestling career in 2006, demonstrating a background in basketball which contributed to his athletic approach in the ring. Over his career, Rees has developed a versatile wrestling style, described as an all-rounder and technician, utilizing signature moves such as the powerbomb and spear. He has trained at the 4FW Wrestling School under Dave Sharp and also received training from Al Snow, refining his skills and stage presence. His career also includes a reign as the Welsh Heavyweight Champion. These titles highlight his adaptability and success in both singles and tag team divisions.
