Two-time 4FW Heavyweight Champion Iestyn Rees embarked on his in-ring wrestling career in 2006, quickly establishing himself as ‘Mr. Irresistible’ and ‘The Alpha Male’ across the United Kingdom’s independent wrestling circuit. Developing a versatile, all-rounder and technician style, Rees demonstrated an athletic approach refined through training at the 4FW Wrestling School under Dave Sharp and additional coaching from Al Snow. Throughout his nearly two-decade career, Rees has captivated audiences with signature moves including the powerbomb and spear, consistently performing for various promotions.

Rees has amassed an impressive array of championship victories in both singles and tag team competition. Beyond his two reigns as 4FW Heavyweight Champion, he held the IPW:UK Championship once and the Preston City Wrestling Heavyweight Championship once. His success extended to tag team dominance, where he secured the Pro Evolution Tag Team Championship with Charlie Garrett as part of ‘The Alpha Males,’ and the WOS Tag Team Championship with Kip Sabian under the ‘Alpha Bad’ moniker. Rees also notably reigned as the Welsh Heavyweight Champion, further cementing his adaptable and competitive prowess within the wrestling industry.
