Isabelle Haak

Isabelle “Bella” Haak is a talented volleyball player from Sweden who is a member of the Swedish women’s national team and currently plays in the opposite position for the prestigious Italian club Imoco Volley Conegliano. Despite still being early in her career, Haak has already won numerous league titles in Sweden and Turkey, as well as a long list of individual awards. She is sponsored by both Adidas and Gold Sport.

Haak made her international debut against Latvia in mid-2014 at the tender age of fourteen, in the process becoming the youngest ever volleyball player to represent her nation at senior level! She commenced her professional career at the top-flight Swedish club Engelholms VS, winning the league championship with them in both the 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 seasons. More recently she has seen an outstanding amount of success with the Turkish side VakıfBank S.K., winning the Turkish League in 2020/2021 and 2021/2022, the Turkish Super Cup in 2021/2022 and the CEV Champions League in 2021. In 2022 she joined the Italian side Omoco Volley, and has already secured a major trophy after winning the FIVB World Championship in the same year. Haak’s individual awards are numerous, and include Most Valuable Player at the 2021 FIVB Club World Championship and Best Opposite in the 2021/2022 Turkish League.
