Jean Reno

Jean Reno, a Spanish and French actor, has established a prolific career in both European and Hollywood cinema, known for his versatile roles in action, drama, and comedy. After a prolific start to his film career in France, Jean Reno gained significant international recognition through his impactful collaborations with director Luc Besson, beginning with ‘Le Dernier Combat’ in 1983. Their partnership continued with critically acclaimed projects such as ‘The Big Blue’ (1988), for which Reno earned a César Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor, and ‘La Femme Nikita’ (1990), which achieved considerable critical and commercial success. In 1993, he starred in ‘Les Visiteurs,’ securing another César Award nomination, this time for Best Actor.
