Best known as an English actor, Jeff Leach is also a stand-up comedian and writer. Leach was born in London, and he received a degree in English Literature and Theatre Studies from the University of Warwick. Leach later got a job as a presenter for the BBC Switch show titled The Surgery, which aired on BBC Two. He also presented Scene Stealers for BBC Switch and T in the Park Festival for BBC Three. Leach later presented the Big Brother’s Big Mouth on E4. After that, from 2009 to 2012, Leach became the face of Virgin Media and their Music on Demand channel, which had him present each year from V Festival. Leach provided comedy continuity links for all the content of the channel, and he interviewed artists like Lady Gaga, Example, Kelly Rowland and Professor Green. In the meantime, Leach also was signed by the UK branch of Current TV, to present two series of their show titled What Did I Do Last Night?. BBC also signed Leach to present the BBC One: The National Lottery Draws. Due to his experience while shooting for Current TV, Leach decided to present one more documentary for BBC Three, on sex addiction, called Confessions of a Sex Addict. In 2014’s London Live, Jeff Leac became the presenter and executive producer of his own series titled Jeff Leach +1. In 2019, Leach recorded an episode of Dinner with Danni. In the following year, Leach recorded multiple live shows for Comedy Central’s stand-up comedy series.
