Multi-talented Jennie Pappas is an actress, dancer and social media star best known for starring as Chloe in the Family Channel show The Next Step. Trained in jazz, Russian classical ballet, hip hop, tap, contemporary, acrobatics, lyrical and modern dance, she has also worked extensively behind the scenes at reality show So You Think You Can Dance Canada. As a dancer she performed at the 2015 Pan Am Games opening and closing ceremonies and she choreographed and starred in a music video for Taylor Mathews. Always in demand for her skills and expertise in the world of dance, she worked as a dance demonstrator for the production of Matilda in Toronto and helped cast The Next Step Season 4.
Born in Toronto, Canada, Pappas began dancing when she was just two years old, but was 13 before she realised that she wanted to become a professional dancer. The dance star got her first break when she represented Canadian Dance Master as Teen Miss Dance of Canada in 2009, and later the same year began assisting the lead choreographers on So You Think You Can Dance Canada.
In 2013 she rose to prominence further when she landed the role of Chloe in The Next Step series, and she later starred in The Next Step Live: The Movie. In addition to her success in television, Pappas has taken social media by storm with more than 131k fans following her Instagram page.
