Canadian communications consultant and corporate leadership specialist Jennifer Barroll delivers passionate training sessions to leading organisations.
Prior to launching her career as a communications expert, Barroll spent a number of years as a media personality, actor and comedian. She later went on to join the tech industry before founding her marketing and communications company. During this time she enjoyed a career that spanned over 15 years, taking her to destinations around the globe. Now a sought-after keynote speaker and entertainer, Barroll hosts events on an international level and has conducted her popular training course across North America, Budapest and the Philippines. Specialising in business development, communications management, leadership training and change management, Barroll acts as a development coach for organisations of all sizes, empowering teams to achieve growth and success. She has gone on to collaborate with some of the world’s biggest brands, including McDonald’s, Nascar and Red Bull. As a speaker and host, Barroll aims to support, encourage and inspire individuals to do their own thing, enabling them to uncover their talents.
Barroll is also the co-developer of the leadership and mentorship programme, Calgary Youth Justice Society’s The Lead Program. Launched in 2010, it supports youth at risk and has gone on to achieve considerable success with thousands of participants across Calgary schools and businesses. Highly successful in her field, in 2015 Barroll was named as part of Avenue Magazine’s coveted 40 Under 40 list.
