Jennifer Lahmers is a television news reporter and anchor, known for her contributions to major entertainment news programs and local television news. After launching her career as a reporter and weekend anchor at WBBJ-TV in Jackson, Tennessee in 2006, Jennifer Lahmers went on to establish herself as a prominent television news anchor and correspondent. She advanced her broadcast journalism experience by joining Fox CT (now Fox 61) in Hartford, Connecticut, in 2007, where she served as a reporter before being promoted to weekend news anchor. During her tenure at Fox CT until her departure in 2012, Lahmers also contributed columns to local publications, including the Hartford Courant.
In this role, she conducted numerous studio interviews with high-profile celebrities and provided extensive coverage from major red carpet events, including the 2020 Golden Globe Awards. Her work on ‘Extra’ further solidified her reputation for sharp interviewing skills and comprehensive event reporting on a national scale.
