Joe Dinicol is a Canadian actor known for his extensive work in television and film, notably appearing in series such as “Arrow,” “Blindspot,” and “Grey’s Anatomy.” After beginning his professional acting career at the esteemed Stratford Shakespeare Festival in the late 1990s, Joe Dinicol quickly transitioned to film, making his debut in Sofia Coppola’s critically acclaimed ‘The Virgin Suicides’ (1999) as Dominic Palazzolo. The same year, he appeared in ‘Jacob Two Two Meets the Hooded Fang’ as O’Toole/Noah.
