Justin Gerhard is a talented actor, activist, model and content creator working and living in New York City. The star of many prominent musical productions including Hairspray, Legally Blonde: the Musical, West Side Story, The Secret Garden, Seussical the Musical, Beauty and the Beast and Anything Goes, on screen you catch Justin in Amazon Prime hit shows Nobody Famous and Almost Adults. Gerhard is the host and co-creator of The Queer Network, which aims to look at what it means to be queer in the 21st century, and previously co-created The Gay Men Channel.
Hailing from Canada, Gerhard studied for a Bachelor of Music in Piano and Voice at Canadian Mennonite University before moving to New York City where he attended a Musical Theatre course at the New York Film Academy. After relocating back to Canada he started to pursue his career as an actor and model and co-created The Gay Men Channel, but New York called once again and the handsome star is now back in The Big Apple, appearing in both musical theatre and television roles. Alongside his acting and modelling, Gerhard is busy challenging the issues within modern queer culture and helping to reshape the global queer community through the original series Queer Talk on The Queer Channel. He also produces Queer From the Couch, a provocative new series that asks everyday people crazy questions.
