Justin Roman

Justin Roman has built a multi-faceted career across various entertainment sectors. His current role includes co-hosting “The MVP Game” on the Marquee Sports Network. This program focuses on Chicago sports, particularly the Cubs and Bears, by highlighting the enthusiasm of their superfans. This position allows Roman to engage directly with a sports-oriented audience and contribute to local sports broadcasting. His work in television is a continuation of his presence in media.

Prior to his television work, Roman was active in the music industry as the frontman for the Jump Smokers, a group known for producing remixes such as “My Flow So Tight.” His transition into radio began in 2004 at B96, where he progressed from enthusiastic listener to an on-air personality. He subsequently held evening and afternoon slots before joining the morning show at US99 in 2016. Concurrently with his diverse media engagements, Roman served as the in-game host for the Chicago Bulls from 2016 to 2021, performing live at games to enhance the fan experience. He has also expanded his media presence with his creative partner, Kenzie K, through “The ROMANce Podcast,” where they discuss personal and professional topics.
