Kaylin Garcia
Puerto Rican-Thai model and TV personality Kaylin Garcia appeared as a supporting character in season three of Love & Hip Hop: New York. In the show, Love & Hip Hop: New York (formerly known as Love & Hip Hop) is the first season of the VH1 reality show Love & Hip Hop. The show premiered in March 2011 and covers the lives of a number of people active in the hip hop music scene in New York City (and surrounding areas such as New Jersey and Yonkers). Important figures from the East Coast hip hop scene make cameo appearances on the show. In Garcia’s cameo appearance, her romance with rapper Joe Budden was on the rocks because he reunited with his ex-girlfriend Tahiry. Garcia featured in nine episodes of the show in total.
Garcia’s ex-boyfriend Joe Budden is a former American rapper and media figure who rose to notoriety as a rapper and a member of the hip hop group Slaughterhouse after his top 40 single “Pump It Up” in 2003. In 2015, Garcia appeared with Budden on VH1’s Couples Therapy, an American reality television show that followed reality TV stars as they seek relationship advice from psychiatrist Dr. Jenn Mann and her team.
