Kevin Tsai is a prominent Taiwanese television host, writer, and filmmaker known for his wit and charismatic presence. Born into a notable family with a background in law and shipping, Tsai pursued his education at Tunghai University before earning a Master’s Degree in TV Production from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Theater, Film and Television in 1990.
Upon returning to Taiwan, Tsai embarked on a diverse career that showcased his talents in media and entertainment. He started as the director of Voice of Taipei Radio Station and later became the Chief Editor of GQ Taiwan, establishing himself as a respected figure in journalism and media.
In 2004, Tsai’s career reached new heights when he co-hosted the immensely popular TV program “KangXi Lai Le” alongside Dee Hsu. Following the conclusion of “KangXi Lai Le” in 2016, Tsai ventured into filmmaking, writing and directing his debut feature “Didi’s Dream,” which starred Dee Hsu.
