Kristian Harloff

The innovative digital creator, producer, writer and movie reviewer Kristian Harloff is the brains behind the Schmoedown Entertainment Network, and the Chairman of the Movie Trivia sensation, Schmoedown. He is the former vice president of development at Collider Video, and one half of the movie reviewing duo Schmoes Know, along with Mark Ellis.

New Yorker Harloff joined AMC Movie News in 2014, and later moved to Collider Video where he hosted Collider Jedi Council, and Collider Live. In 2016 it was announced that Collider had picked up the Schmoes, including their weekly live show, The Schmoes Know Movie Show. Harloff had also by this time started The Schmoedown league, the ultimate sport for the movie trivia fan. The sport has champions, rankings, factions, feuds, live events, and some incredibly passionate fans. Its YouTube channel has around 300k subscribers, who regularly tune in to watch the general movie knowledge division that covers all genres, with both singles and teams matches. The channel also has the Innergeekdom division, which covers films such as Star Wars, LOTR, Harry Potter, Star Trek, and The Marvel Universe.

Harloff regularly connects with his legions of fans and followers through Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, posting pictures and videos of his personal and professional life. He also has a couple of YouTube channels, THE SEN NETWORK, and Movie Trivia Schmoedown, and an official website, theschmoedownlive.com.
