Kyle Konkiel is a bass player who has toured the world with several bands including Scar the Martyr, In This Moment and, most recently, Bad Wolves.
Konkiel first came to fame through the rock band In This Moment, which he joined in 2009 as the replacement bass player for Jesse Landry. He toured and worked on the album A Star Crossed Wastleland with the band, before leaving in 2010 to pursue other projects. These included Scar the Martyr which was later renamed to Vimic, a heavy metal band founded by Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison. Konkiel was now an in demand bassist, having worked on numerous projects and built up a reputation for himself as a talented and dedicated bass player who brought great energy to the bands he worked with. In 2017, he released his first single with new band Bad Wolves, along with an all star line up of rock band veterans including ex-members of Divine Heresy, Devil Driver and Bury Your Dead. They released two singles, Learn to Live and Toast to the Ghost before releasing their debut album in 2018 which reached the top of the rock charts in the US, Australia and New Zealand.
Konkiel has toured extensively with Bad Wolves across North America and Europe, and in 2019 they released their second album, N.A.T.I.O.N.. Their most recent single, Killing Me Slowly, also reached number 1 in America, making them one of the most successful rock bands on the scene today.
