Talented German actress and voice-over artist Laura Pradelska is highly regarded for her powerful stage presence. Her one-woman performances of 19th century Swedish play The Stronger and her original Still Life At The Sushi Bar were both acclaimed by critics. After joining the famous Drama Centre London (whose alumni include Colin Firth and Tom Hardy) she went on to appear in over 20 theatre productions in London’s West End. Her role as Surly in the staging of The Alchemist won a Time Out critic’s choice award.
Her most recognisable role to date however may well be as the fan favorite Quaithe in the second season of HBO epic Game of Thrones, a role in which she was able to feature alongside the Khaleesi (Emilia Clarke) and Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) as a mysterious ‘shadowbinder’ from the exotic port city of Asshai.
She more recently continues to excel in her favored artform of theatre, starring in an array of productions such as A Picture of Dorian Grey (2013), The Screenwriter’s Daughter (2016) and A Small House At The Edge Of The World (2019). Pradelska has given her distinctive voice to many luxury brands in her voice-over work, and continues to be a brand ambassador for companies such as Lulu Guinness. In addition to her acting, she also regularly DJs on a regular spot every Tuesday on Resonance FM 104.4.
