Noriega has been around law enforcement for as long as she can remember as the daughter of a retired sheriff, a mother who was a nurse at a jail and as the granddaughter of an undercover narc for the California Department of Justice. She carried on her passion and learning by attending law school, which led to her opening her very own firm, The Noriega Law Firm.
