LeeAnne Locken is an American actress and television personality. She became popular after appearing on the iconic reality television series Real Housewives of Dallas: a reality show surrounding the lives, careers and relationships of a group of women in Dallas. Her vivacious and warm character charmed viewers, and she starred on the show for four seasons.
Prior to Real Housewives, she has had many television guest roles, in addition to her extensive work on commercials. She appeared on the cult film classic Miss Congeniality, as the well as the film GCB and more recently, the reality show Big Rich Texas. Locken explored her passion for filmmaking by diversifying her career, taking on several roles in production. Her aptitude for commercial and comedic work paid off, and one of her commercials was chosen by ABC as one of “America’s Funniest Commercials’.
Locken’s passion for filmmaking, particularly devising comedy, has encouraged her to take an active role in the industry, becoming part of the panel Women in Film. She is passionate about being a positive influence, with her blog being used as a motivational force. In addition to this, she has worked as an author, producing a line of ebooks of affirmations, designed to help her readership gain confidence and happiness. In addition, she has since used her platform and her own experience to speak out on the importance of the preservation of good mental health.
