The entrancing and beautiful Lesley Ann Warren is a legendary actress and singer. She is best known for her Golden Globe nominated role as Dana Lambert in the CBS action drama series, Mission: Impossible, and for her Golden Globe winning performance in the NBC miniseries, Harold Robbins’ 79 Park Avenue.
Born and raised in New York City, Warren was interested in acting and performing from a very young age. She attended The High School of Music & Art at 13, and then trained at the School of American Ballet at the age of 14. At age 17, she studied under Lee Strasberg at his Actors Studio, the youngest student to ever be accepted at the time. Then in 1963 she made her Broadway debut in the musical 110 in the Shade, and in 1965 she won the Theatre World Award for her performance in the musical Drat! The Cat! She made her TV debut in the critically acclaimed musical of Cinderella in 1965, and has since gone on to feature and star in countless broadcast productions, including Dr. Kildare, Mission: Impossible, Columbo, Family of Spies, Will & Grace, Desperate Housewives, In Plain Sight, and Daredevil. Her movie career kicked off with the 1967 Disney musical, The Happiest Millionaire, and she has gone on to appear in such films as Victor/Victoria (for which she was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress Oscar), Songwriter, The Limey, Secretary, and Jobs.
