Max Brown

Max Brown launched his professional acting career with his television debut in the series ‘Grange Hill’ in 2001, portraying the character of Danny Hartston. This initial role quickly led to a consistent presence in British television, where he cultivated a diverse portfolio through appearances in popular dramas such as ‘Crossroads,’ ‘Hollyoaks,’ ‘Doctors,’ ‘Casualty,’ and ‘Mistresses.’ Expanding into feature films, Brown made his cinematic debut in the 2006 thriller ‘Turistas,’ which was released as ‘Paradise Lost’ in the UK, showcasing his early versatility across mediums. Brown solidified his standing in high-profile historical dramas when he secured a main cast role as Edward Seymour in Showtime’s critically acclaimed series ‘The Tudors,’ appearing across three seasons from 2008 to 2010. During this period, he also took on a role in the 2008 film ‘Daylight Robbery.’ His trajectory continued with another significant main cast position on the BBC One drama ‘Spooks,’ where he portrayed MI5 Piracy and Terrorism Case Officer Dimitri Levendis from 2010 until the show’s penultimate season in 2011.
