Michael Joseph DiBenedetto Jr.

Handsome hunk and background artist Michael Joseph DiBenedetto Jr, aka DiBen, is an actor and model. He is best known for his featured roles on a number of TV productions, in particular his recurring part on Law & Order: Organized Crime as the bodyguard for the Albanians.

Born and raised in New Jersey, DiBenedetto was initially interested in becoming a professional American football player. But due to his build was cut from the programme, so he turned his attention to fitness. After relocating to Las Vegas he then turned his attention to acting and returned to New York. He had no training or experience but his sheer enthusiasm, professionalism and dedicated soon saw him land a number of background gigs. Then, in 2020, he landed his first featured role in the Stephen King mini-series Lisey’s Story, playing Clive Owen’s security. He quickly established himself as a go-to background artist. Since then he has worked on such productions as Wu-Tang: An American Saga, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Organized Crime, Gossip Girl, The Blacklist, FBI, and The Equalizer.

DiBenedetto regularly connects with his legions of followers and fans through Instagram, and Twitter, posting pictures and videos of his life both on and off the screen. He is also available for that personalised shout-out via the Cameo platform.
